This is an absolutely lovely compote. This white ceramic box actually has multiple uses – for serving sweets, sugar or simply used for display. This Art Deco piece is white with gold Persian pattern. The lid is in fabulous condition, with no chips, cracks or discoloration. The words in the calligraphic fashion on the box are  from the words of our great  Persian poet “MOLANA” which embody a very deep and pure love in Persian literature. Also, there are very beautiful gold color birds siting on the box symbolizing a true and eternal love.
