Decorative Bowl
Decorative Bowl: We can classify Iranian handicrafts into different types. Metal handicrafts are generally referred to as industries whose raw material is metal, and with the help of various tools, they can transform it into a tool or something else by deforming it on metal.
Construction and decoration are the two main stages of the production of metal works of art, which are sometimes used alongside each other and sometimes in combination. Metal objects and utensils are made and shaped in three ways: “knocking”, “casting” and “fastening”. The knocking method includes hammering (blasting), sheet metal work and pressing and bending.
The casting method is the same mould, and tapestry, blacksmithing, knives and fittings, which are produced in urban and rural areas, are also considered as various types of “fastening” methods. The decoration, which in most cases is done after making and shaping, includes lattice, engraving, engraving and carving. If the construction and decoration are done at the same time, it is called the “combined method”, which includes science and goldsmithing.
The art of metalworking has a very long and historical history. The reason for this claim is the objects that have been found as a result of archeological excavations around the world and are related to thousands of years ago. The stability of the metal in different conditions has led to the preservation of the background documents of this art and craft. What is now called metalworking has had a unique function of the necessities of life according to the perspective of each period. As humans learned how to work with metal almost 6,000 years ago, labour productivity increased dramatically.
