MASTER MOHAMMAD BAGHER AGHAMIRI

 

Mohammad Bagher Aghamiri was born in Daryasogand, Bijar, 1950 . He Born in a family of artists. Mohammad Aghamiri after passing the primary and secondary school in Tehran and obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in painting from Tehran stairs to the UK went on to continue his education in the field of art.He had numerous solo exhibitions abroad, including: Hungary, UK, Switzerland, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Canada, USA, Cyprus, South Africa, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Malaysia, China, Japan and India.

Achieved a literature diploma from Tehran’s Technical School in 1971, B.A. in painting from University of Art in 1983, MA. in Graphic from College of Fine Arts, Tehran University, and Doctorate degree in Iranian and Islamic Painting from highline Graphic from College of Fine Arts, Tehran University, and Doctorate degree in Iranian and Islamic Painting from high Council of Culture and Arts of Islamic Republic of Iran. Council of Culture and Arts of Islamic Republic of Iran. Graduate of Fine Arts, Southampton Faculty of Arts, UK Graduate of Fine Arts. Employee of the Ministry of Culture and Art, 1976 – 2005- President of the Iranian Association of Miniaturists – Designer of the new Imam Ali (AS) Mausoleum- Illustration of the famous Iranian poet’s collection of works – Lecturer at Faculty of fine Arts of Tehran University, and the universities of Arts, Al Zahra and Azad – Lecturer at universities of Washington and Edmund Seattle of USA- Teacher of carpet and tile design, miniature and painting- the Gold Medal of the Art Exhibition of the Algiers World Art Exhibition, 1987 – Nominated for Nobel Peace Prize in culture section
